At cjtoys we want to offer a fair shipping pricing policy - the varied assortment of transformers parts, toys, lego, sets, boxes, paperwork etc and the bulk aspect of our store means that associating an individual shipping cost to every item would be far too cumbersome a task. As a result we employ the following rules when calculating shipping :

• Base cost for postage and packaging for any order within the UK is £1.00

• Transformer parts, accessories, weapons, guns, instructions, tech specs, and smaller items of lego like minifigs etc all incur an additional £0.20 per item - this caters for packaging and handling

• Toys (i.e. transformers loose and boxed) have an individual cost associated with them which is built into the postage calculation

• Lego lots also have an individual extra shipping cost above the £1.00 base cost

• If you require recorded delivery, you can add that to your shopping cart and currently costs £0.75

So, as a quick example, if an order consists of 4 transformers parts, the postage and packaging cost would be base cost of £1.00 plus 4x each part cost at £0.20 each, which equals a total of £1.80

Another example - you buy a loose transformer toy which has a extra shipping cost of £2.00 ... added to the base cost of £1.00 thats a shipping cost of £3.00 ... but you also add to your shipping card recorded delivery, which makes a total of £3.75

Currently, we only ship to the United Kingdom.

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us and we`ll try to resolve without the need for return. If you are still unhappy you can return the items to us and we`ll refund (minus shipping costs) providing the goods arrive back with us in the same condition as they were despatched.
